Who is it for?
Whether you are completely new to martial arts or have experience in other systems, you are welcome. Internal kung fu rewards patience and consistency over raw athleticism. You will not find regular free sparring or Sanda training here — not that fighting methods are never practised, but applications are generally controlled and cooperative.
